Reports: Vehicle Fuel Consumption Report

A Vehicle Fuel Consumption report is available for local debtor and loyalty customers who use vehicle cards. Vehicle cards are local debtor and loyalty cards that have a vehicle registration number associated with them.

The Vehicle Fuel Consumption report requires that an accurate odometer reading is captured for each fuelling delivery, and that all of the vehicle fuellings are done at the same Fueltorque system.

Configuration

1. Create a new card or edit an existing card for a local account customer or loyalty customer who requires the vehicle fuel consumption report
2. Set the Vehicle Registration  value, and save the form
3. Edit again the same card form
4. Press the "New Data Prompt" button, select Odometer and save the for
   

Repeat these steps for ll vehicle cards requiring a fuel consumption report.

Vehicle Performance Report

1. In the Operating menu, select Vehicle Performance Report in the Customer Management section
2. Select the "action" button to the right of the vehicle being reported on
3. Enter the date range for the report
4. Press the "Show" button to display the report onscreen
5. Press the Export/PDF button to create a pdf formatted document of the report.
