Configuration: Point of Sale (POS)

Trading of goods in a Fueltorque system is handled using different types of points of service referred collectively as Site Nodes. The principal types of site being:

• Backoffice - The Backoffice site node communicates with onsite equipment such as fuel dispensers and acts as the gateway between the individual POS devices and the Fueltorque Host
• Cashier Attended POS - The Cashier Attended POS is a MS Windows POS application
• Host POS - The Host POS facilitates posting sale, payment and adjustment transactions at the Fueltorque host.
