Reports: Fuel Reconciliation Report

The Fuel Reconciliation Report attempts to reconcile the pump deliveries for a period with the pump meter readings for the period and the grade tank dips for the period.

Tank Fuel Sales

Tank fuel sales are the sum of the dispenser deliveries drawing from the tank. Deliveries included are all of those from the report starting date and time to the report ending date and time.

Tank Metered Deliveries

At the end of each delivery from a dispenser with electronic totelizers, the electronic totelizers are read from the dispenser. Meter readings used by the report are the LAST meter reading prior to the start of the report until the last meter reading within the report period, and so aligning with the tank fuel sales volumes.

Tank Level Readings

Tank level readings are either manual tank dips or electronic tank gauge readings. Tank level readings used by the report are the LAST tank level reading prior to the start of the report until the last tank level reading within the report period, and so aligning with the tank fuel sales volumes.

Summary

The summary is the total of the dispenser deliveries, the difference between the closing and opening meter readings and the difference between the closing and opening tank level readings for the tank.
