Sewoo LK-TE202 OPOS Receipt Printer/Cash Drawer

For sites that use Sewoo LK-TE202 Receipt Printers. OPOS Drivers for these units can be found at https://www.miniprinter.com/eng/page/?pid=customer_5_view&pr_id=32

The FuelTorque POS applicatoion must be closed to release the printer and cash drawer to allow them to be configured.

Adding a New Device
  1. Open the application OLE OPOS ADK Version ### (current version at writing is 2.99.4)
  2. Select either POSPrinter or CashDrawer from the list depending on the type of device to be added
  3. With the correct device type selected click "Add New Device"
POSPrinter
  1. Select Device Name: Thermal
  2. Select Device Type: ThermalU (U for USB)
  3. Click OK
CashDrawer
  1. Select Device Name: Standard
  2. Select Device Type: StandardU
  3. Click OK

The device has now been added. Check device details and test by selecting the newly created POSPrinter or CashDrawer and click "Device Details"

Checking Existing Device Settings
  1. Open the application OLE OPOS ADK Version ### (current version at writing is 2.74)
  2. If a plus symbol shows in the list next to either POSPrinter or CashDrawer it means there is already something configured.
  3. Select a configured item and click "Device Details"
Printer Test and Settings

To test a POSPrinter or Cashdrawer select "Printer Test and Setting" from the Device Details view and click "Printer Test"

No settings need to be touched in the setting screen, so if the device test doesn't work check all instances of FuelTorque POS.exe is closed and the device is connected and setup as the correct device type.

If the device is plugged in and set up correctly but it still errors on test, try removing the device and re-creating as per the instructions above for Adding a New Device.

Unable To Connect to Printer or Cash Drawer Error

Stop Backoffice, Stop POS.
Go into the stores Host file and under Configuration --> Point Of Sale --> POS1, at the bottom of the screen you will see POS Devices.
If needed, remove Receipt Printer and Cash Drawer. Once removed click Add POS device and add the printer and cash drawer.
Restart Backoffice, once started restart POS.
